Antonio Marciante is a distinguished law enforcement executive with more than 35 years of experience in public safety, security operations, emergency management, and organizational leadership.

Mr. Marciante began his public service career in the United States Coast Guard, serving from 1987 to 1993. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University in 1989, establishing the educational foundation for a career dedicated to protecting communities and leading high-performing public safety organizations.

In October 1989, Mr. Marciante joined the North Miami Beach Police Department, where he served with distinction for nearly three decades. Throughout his tenure, he held assignments in the Street Crimes Unit, K-9 Unit, Narcotics Unit, and Special Response Team (SWAT), developing extensive operational expertise in tactical operations, criminal investigations, and specialized law enforcement.

In 2016, he was promoted to the rank of Police Major, overseeing the department’s Operations Division. In this leadership role, he served as the department’s Emergency Operations Incident Commander and SWAT Commander, directing critical incident response, emergency preparedness, and large-scale public safety operations.

Following his retirement from the North Miami Beach Police Department in 2018, Mr. Marciante continued his commitment to public service by joining the Surfside Police Department as Operations Lieutenant. He was subsequently promoted to Captain, Assistant Chief of Police, and ultimately Chief of Police, retiring in 2024 after leading the department through significant operational and community-focused initiatives.

Mr. Marciante is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy, the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar (LEEDS), and the DEA Drug Unit Commanders Academy (DUCA). These nationally recognized executive leadership programs reflect his commitment to professional excellence and advanced law enforcement leadership.

In addition to his executive experience, Mr. Marciante is a certified Florida Department of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor and Emergency Vehicle Operations Instructor. He also maintains certifications in CPR, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and Stop the Bleed®️ trauma care.

Today, Mr. Marciante brings decades of proven leadership, operational expertise, crisis management experience, and a steadfast commitment to professionalism to the private security industry. His background in executive leadership, tactical operations, emergency response, and public safety enables him to provide clients with the highest standards of security planning, risk mitigation, and protective services.
