Eric Fazzi serves as the Director of Operations at Specialized Investigations Consultants, bringing more than two decades of leadership and frontline experience in public safety, emergency management, and high-risk operations. He began his career in the early 2000s as a Firefighter/EMT and is a state-licensed paramedic with advanced expertise in tactical emergency wound care, life support, cardiac care, and pre-hospital trauma. Eric earned an associate degree from Broward College and holds numerous state and federal certifications, including Fire and Explosion Investigator, Terrorism Liaison Officer, Hazardous Materials Technician, and multiple technical rescue disciplines.

Rising through the ranks to Battalion Chief, Eric led training and professional standards divisions and played a critical role in developing and implementing active shooter and hostile event response programs. His work required close coordination with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, including SWAT teams, the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security. He completed advanced command training at the United States National Fire Academy and was among the first graduates of the Florida Fire Chief’s Emergency Services Leadership Institute, further solidifying his leadership credentials.

Throughout his career, Eric has been deployed nationwide to support large-scale emergency operations and has served in senior roles within Emergency Operations Centers during both natural and manmade disasters. After retiring from public safety in 2022, he transitioned into the private sector as a licensed Private Investigator, Fire and Explosion Investigator, and Executive Protection Specialist. Known for his operational discipline, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills, Eric brings a calm, decisive, and mission-focused approach to leading operations and delivering results.
